As a Deputy Manager at Brunning & Price Limited, you'll be working alongside the Pub Manager to lead the team and run our busy pub. You'll be managing busy services, planning and running special events, welcoming and looking after customers, and helping to train and lead our lovely bar/waiting team.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage busy services and ensure a smooth customer experience
- Plan and run special events to drive sales and customer engagement
- Train and lead the bar/waiting team to deliver exceptional service
- Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and promotions
- Work closely with the Pub Manager to achieve business objectives
