About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Deputy Manager to join our team at Old Hall. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for leading the bar and waiting team, managing busy services, and planning special events.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the bar and waiting team to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food and drink offerings.
  • Plan and execute special events, including weddings, parties, and corporate functions.
  • Work closely with the Pub Manager to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.

About You

What We Are Looking For

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • A strong focus on customer service and a commitment to delivering high-quality food and drink offerings.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
