About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Deputy Manager to join our team at Old Hall in Sandbach. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for leading the team, managing busy services, and planning special events.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the pub, ensuring excellent customer service and high-quality food and drink offerings.
- Lead and motivate the bar and waiting team, providing training and development opportunities to help them grow in their roles.
- Work closely with the Pub Manager to develop and implement business strategies, driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to the development of menus, beers, gins, and wines, ensuring they meet the high standards of Brunning & Price Limited.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and maintain accurate records to ensure the pub's financial performance.
