Location: Daventry NN11
Working Hours: Monday-Thursday 08:00-17:00, Friday 08:00-13:00 (39 hours paid per week)
Compensation: £11.50 per hour (£12.00 upon permanent employment, including a £0.50 hourly attendance bonus)

We are seeking a dedicated Tyre Production Operative to contribute to a dynamic operation within the automotive manufacturing sector.
Our client, a reputable supplier with over 40 years of experience in the automotive industry, is looking for individuals to join their team.
As part of a small team in a warehouse setting, you will have the opportunity to develop new skills while working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regular manual handling of tyres (25+ KG)
- Inspection of parts and labels
- Soaking tyres
- Inflating tyres
- Fitting tyres onto trims in a production line (processing over 100 tyres per shift)
- Balancing wheels
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in automotive education or practical experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and ability to follow instructions
- Dependable and punctual
- Experience in a high-paced production environment is advantageous
- Physically capable, as the role demands strength in wrists and arms
