About the Role

NAPA Center is seeking a highly skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality services to infants, toddlers, children, and adolescents with communication and feeding disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, and feeding disorders in infants, toddlers, children, and adolescents
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address client's limitations and needs
  • Provide evidence-based interventions to clients with complex communication and feeding needs
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients and their families
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Therapy or a related field
  • Registration with the UK Charted Society for Physiotherapy
  • Minimum 2 years of post-graduate experience in a pediatric setting
  • Strong clinical background in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and feeding disorders
  • Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and document client progress
