Join Our Team as an Occupational Therapist

Our approach is built on collaboration, providing expert, evidence-based treatment with kindness and compassion at its core. As an Occupational Therapist, you'll work closely with clients and other professionals to deliver high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out all relevant forms of care in partnership with clients and other professionals.
  • Be closely involved in discharge planning and immediate follow-up from the service user care.
  • Manage clients using evidence-based and client-centered principles to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate interventions.

Requirements:

  • BSc (Hons) in Occupational Therapy with full BVAOT membership and HPC registration.
  • Member of the Royal College of Occupational Therapists.
  • Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience.
  • Previous experience working with clients who have had an eating disorder or other mental health condition.
  • Experience of group interventions and supervising junior staff.
  • Highly developed communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work without direct supervision.
