About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our team at Barts Health NHS Trust. As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will work with children with communication disorders, providing clinical support and supervision to junior therapists. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us deliver high-quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical support and supervision to junior therapists
  • Work with children with communication disorders, including those with difficulties with comprehension, expression, and speech
  • Develop and implement effective interventions to support children's communication development
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
Requirements
  • Recognised degree in Speech and Language Therapy
  • Registered member of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists and The Health and Care Professions Council
  • Experience of working with children with communication disorders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
