Job Title: Lead Level Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Level Designer to join our team at 6124 TT Games Studios Limited. As a key member of our game development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing high-quality levels that support the creative pillars of our game.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of level designers to deliver high-quality levels that meet the required quality bar.
  • Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure that their role is understood and involved in the design process.
  • Establish level design best practices and improve the level design workflow for your team.
  • Oversee, mentor, and coach team members to ensure they are delivering their work to deadlines at quality.
  • Identify key hires for your team and take an active role in the recruitment process.
Requirements:
  • Significant progressively complex experience within level design on AAA titles, including experience of at least one leadership role and at least one title shipped in this position.
  • A broad knowledge of all aspects of game and level design, with a strong understanding of layout, architectural composition, combat, and encounter design.
  • A passion for creating fun and accessible games for children and families.
  • Experience of games development and shipped at least one action or action/adventure title on console or PC title.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
