Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate KPIs pertinent to marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Maintain consistent branding across all online and offline media platforms.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to ascertain brand positioning, along with competitor strengths and weaknesses.
  • Monitor market trends to remain informed about current developments.
  • Facilitate brainstorming sessions and idea generation.
  • Oversee all marketing initiatives within the company or department.
  • Execute strategic plans.
  • Promote products, services, or the business itself.
  • Ensure effective communication of the right messaging to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.
  • Act as a representative of the marketing team to cross-functional groups, including product management, sales, and customer support.
  • Provide updates to senior leadership regarding the progress of marketing activities and report on campaign outcomes.
  • Lead market research to assess the viability of current and future products/services.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to devise effective strategies.
  • Monitor ongoing campaigns, ensuring deadlines are met and necessary tasks are completed.
  • Analyze data to measure the success of marketing efforts and generate new ideas for enhancing brand visibility and marketing effectiveness.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Prior experience in the fashion, cosmetics, or fragrance industry is essential.
  • Deep understanding of both traditional and emerging marketing channels.
  • Exceptional communication abilities.
  • Creative and innovative thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in budget management.
  • Professional judgment and discretion developed through extensive experience.
  • Analytical capabilities to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in graphic design, web design, and production.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent presentation capabilities.
  • Comfortable with data analysis.
