This role operates in a regulated market, and the company requires someone with OTC or medical device knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand management and be able to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to create annual strategic brand plans and ensure quarterly reviews.
- Take ownership of P&L responsibility and monitor the impact of decisions and actions on brand profitability.
- Develop pricing strategies, conduct price elasticity analysis, and apply econometric modeling to inform strategy decisions.
- Work with the EU NPD team to develop and maintain the innovation funnel and identify new product concepts that address commercial opportunities for the brand in target markets.
- Lead development work with the technical team, write inspirational NPD briefs, and provide clear guidance through the stage gate process to move from ideas to concepts to the final product.
- Partner with agency partners to create and execute plans across relevant media channels to effectively connect with consumers.
- Lead and manage a team, fostering a positive and collaborative working culture.
- You will have previous experience working as a Brand Manager and be ready to step into a Senior Brand Manager role or already be a Senior Brand Manager.
- Have experience in managing an intern, a team, or third parties.
- Experience in marketing medical or pharmaceutical products is preferred.
This role requires you to have the full right to work in the UK as the company cannot offer visa sponsorship.
