- Collaborate with the Early Help team to establish appropriate pathways for family support.
- Provide high-quality supervision and management to team members.
- Maintain strong working relationships with external services to enhance the hub's offerings.
- Promote and exemplify best practices in family-centered approaches.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A comprehensive understanding of strengths-based and outcomes-focused methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience in working with children and families, particularly in a public sector environment.
- Expertise in managing families with complex needs and a solid grasp of threshold management.
- In-depth knowledge of safeguarding practices and child protection protocols.
- Previous experience in a local authority context.
This position is offered on an initial contract basis with the potential for extension. The role requires full-time office attendance, Monday through Friday.
As this is a local authority role, candidates will undergo onboarding and compliance checks, including background verification and training modules.
