Position Overview

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A comprehensive understanding of strengths-based and outcomes-focused methodologies.
  • Demonstrated experience in working with children and families, particularly in a public sector environment.
  • Expertise in managing families with complex needs and a solid grasp of threshold management.
  • In-depth knowledge of safeguarding practices and child protection protocols.
  • Previous experience in a local authority context.
Contract Details

This position is offered on an initial contract basis with the potential for extension. The role requires full-time office attendance, Monday through Friday.

As this is a local authority role, candidates will undergo onboarding and compliance checks, including background verification and training modules.
