About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and talented individual to join our team as an Associate Partner in Alderley Edge. As a key member of our accountancy practice, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality services to a personal portfolio of varied businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of colleagues, ensuring excellent service delivery and professional growth.
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, providing expert advice and building strong relationships.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and other compliance work.
  • Develop new and existing relationships with clients by offering top-quality advice and customer service.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategies for growth and client retention.
About You
  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with at least 8 years of experience in managing teams within an accountancy practice.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client care and building relationships.
  • A team player who thrives in a supportive, social environment and enjoys celebrating success.
  • Strong technical knowledge with a commercial mindset.
