Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our team at Iceland Foods. As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting your team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth in our Food Warehouse stores.
About the RoleAs a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a high level of store standards. You will work closely with the store management team to implement sales strategies, manage stock levels, and ensure that the store is running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Implement sales strategies and promotions to drive sales growth
- Manage stock levels, including ordering and receiving stock
- Ensure that the store is running efficiently and effectively
- Work closely with the store management team to achieve business objectives
