Senior Care Assistant

As a Senior Care Assistant at Barchester Healthcare, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents. You will work closely with the Deputy General Manager and the clinical team to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care. Your role will involve supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants, as well as supporting the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans, and care reviews.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of clinical care for the elderly and be able to provide individualized care and support to our residents. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a team. A NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care is essential for this role.
