Dental Nurse Position

Job SummaryWe are looking for a qualified Dental Nurse to assist our dentists in providing high-quality patient care. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work under pressure, and have a strong commitment to patient safety and well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Assist dentists during various treatment procedures, including implant surgery
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment according to HTM guidelines
- Help patients feel comfortable before, during, and after treatment
- Set up and prepare the surgery for each patient and treatment
- Clean and sterilize equipment and working surfaces
- Ensure safe disposal of sharps and clinical waste
- Maintain the radiograph processing unit
- Provide clinical assistance under the supervision of the dentist
- Continuously evaluate patient needs and deal with them promptly and efficiently
- Assist with patient records and laboratory work
- Monitor and maintain stocks, and liaise with the stock nurse
- Qualification in Dental Nursing (NEBDN or NVQ 3)
- Dental Nurse Registration with the General Dental Council
- Post-qualification experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor
