Digital Marketing Specialist

MRS Digital is a fast-growing agency with a passion for delivering exceptional results in paid search marketing. We're seeking a highly skilled Senior PPC Manager to join our team and contribute to the growth of our paid search team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in running paid media campaigns, with a focus on Google Ads and a proven track record of delivering high ROI. As a Senior PPC Manager, you will work closely with our Head of PPC and other senior team members to implement, manage, and expand PPC accounts across a range of clients and platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day tasks across client paid media campaigns
- Control client budgets and ensure campaigns are pacing and delivering on KPIs
- Maintain and monitor keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score, and other account key metrics
- Work with the Senior Paid Media Manager on planning and strategy for all managed paid media campaigns
- Optimize keyword, feed, and placement performance using data-led decision making and testing techniques
- Monitor tracking activity for all accounts
- Stay up-to-date with competitor activities and take actions based on detailed analysis of the market share
- Ensure online marketing efforts have the highest possible return on investment (ROI)
- Provide ad-hoc monthly reports to clients
Requirements:
- 6+ years' experience running paid media campaigns, ideally agency-side
- Highly analytical and KPI-driven, with strong attention to detail and ability to build scalable campaigns
- Advanced capability within the Google Ads platform, including Search, Display, and Shopping campaigns
- Solid knowledge of Google Analytics, including ability to set up and review conversion events
- Ability to optimize accounts using various bidding strategies, including CPA, ROAS, and Value-Based Bidding
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience with keyword research, bid management, competitor analysis, data-led ad testing, and A/B and multivariate testing
Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, determined based on demonstrable experience.
