Job Title: Clinical Specialist Nurse - Children and Young People

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Specialist Nurse to join our Children and Young People's Community Nursing team at Barking Havering and Redbridge Univ Hospitals NHS Trust.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced clinical specialist skills to deliver high-quality, individualized care to children and young people.
  • Oversee the assessment of care needs, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care programs without direct supervision.
  • Lead and educate staff in clinical areas, working closely with the Children's Clinical Nurse Educator.
  • Take charge of shifts and supervise and coordinate other staff as needed, promoting professional development.
