At Active Care Group, we are dedicated to providing exceptional support to individuals with complex care needs. We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Residential Care Assistant to work closely with our new male client.

About the Role:

This position involves living in the client's home, offering one-on-one support to enhance their quality of life. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with personal care and daily living activities
  • Supporting mobility and safe handling
  • Administering medication as required
  • Performing household tasks to maintain a comfortable living environment

Due to the rural setting, having a driving license and access to a vehicle is essential for this role.

Working Schedule:

  • We are looking for a dedicated team member for ongoing support
  • Assignments typically last for two weeks, followed by scheduled breaks
  • All assignments and breaks will be organized in advance
