FM Project Manager Job Description

Job Summary:

Mainstay Facilities is seeking an experienced FM Project Manager to oversee the delivery of multiple projects in the Midlands region. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing supply partners, ensuring high-quality work, and maintaining compliance with JSP 375.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage supply partners to ensure qualified operatives are directed to tasks and are correctly outfitted with vehicles, equipment, and skills.
  • Ensure timely distribution of documentation and recording of billable works in the CAFM system.
  • Develop and maintain billable work plans and budgets to achieve programs and financial commitments.
  • Collaborate with the Authorised Persons team to ensure compliance with JSP 375.
  • Provide weekly progress reports to the Area Manager and client, and identify opportunities to support Net Zero carbon reduction targets.
  • Manage cost and stakeholder expectations through excellent communication and sound commercial decisions.

Requirements:

  • HNC/HND qualification in Building/Civil Engineering or Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience delivering M&E projects within a Facilities Management setting.
