About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer to join our Major Projects division at FM Conway. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality engineering solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide precontract assistance in producing PQQs, tenders, method statements, and programme advice.
  • Assist in the production of weekly paperwork in accordance with IMS requirements.
  • Ensure accurate setting out of works and provide clear instructions to the delivery team.
  • Liaise with clients' representatives on clarifications and requests for information.
  • Test and QA schedules, ensuring compliance against site specifications.
  • Mentor apprentices, trainees, and graduates.
  • Conduct engineering and buildability surveys within design processes.
Requirements

We are looking for an individual with experience in civil engineering, holding either a SMSTS or IOSH Managing Safely qualification. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as well as experience in growing, mentoring, and leading teams. A degree in engineering or equivalent qualifications will be highly regarded, and a CSCS card is required.
