Job Title: Technical Delivery & Change Manager

Job Type: Permanent

Location: Remote working + visits to clients sites / data centres

Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 + Company Bonus

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Delivery & Change Manager to join our team at Proactive Appointments Limited. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the PMO Team and technical-based teams to identify technical risks across business and technical projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement technical documentation and procedures to meet customers' SLAs and objectives.
  • Negotiate, influence, and build positive relationships with stakeholders at a senior level.
  • Deliver quality outputs on time within a commercially focused, fast-paced environment.
  • Solution-driven with a positive approach to problem-solving.
  • Provide direction, coaching, and support to colleagues as required.
  • Experience in managed hosting and cloud services.
  • Identify technical resolutions within customer requirements and project delivery timelines.
  • Creating and managing technical quality documentation, particularly understanding risks, impacts, and schematics.
  • Driving and leading a Change Control Management System across complex projects to budget.

Requirements:

  • IBM and ideally cyber security technical knowledge.
  • Negotiating, influencing, and building positive relationships with stakeholders at a senior level.
  • Delivering quality outputs on time within a commercially focused, fast-paced environment.
  • Solution-driven with a positive approach to problem-solving.
  • A clear focus on continuous improvement and innovative solutions.
