Position Overview

As we continue to grow our Aviation Division, we are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a skilled Civil Engineering Project Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
  • Oversee labor and subcontractor activities.
  • Manage procurement and logistics of materials and equipment.
  • Simultaneously handle multiple projects.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including the development of Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
  • Adapt dynamically to a safety-critical work environment.
  • Maintain quality assurance standards.
  • Document correspondence, maintain records, and report in line with company and client protocols.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Verify plans, drawings, and quantities for precision in calculations.
  • Conduct measurement, setting out, leveling, and surveying of site works (desirable).
Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess a background in Civil Engineering, holding at least an HNC or equivalent qualification. You should have proven experience in a similar capacity within a civil engineering firm, preferably with a focus on infrastructure projects.

We seek individuals with strong communication and leadership skills, along with the motivation to see projects through to successful completion, adhering to budget and timelines. You should demonstrate practical problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in high-pressure situations while working collaboratively.

Willingness to work on projects within the designated area is essential. A commitment to upholding the highest standards of Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental protection is required. Additionally, strong written and verbal communication skills, a full manual driving license, and knowledge of Safety/Environmental Legislation are preferred.
