Job Description

Job Title: Regional Manager - Fashion

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager to join our team at Taylor 2 Recruitment Ltd. as a Regional Manager - Fashion. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the South West area for Fashion, driving profit optimisation, and ensuring commercial and creative retail standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive profit optimisation and ensure commercial and creative retail standards are maintained.
  • Evaluate trade using key performance indicators and identify areas to improve area performance.
  • Contribute to business development strategies to ensure long-term success.
  • Provide insight, influence, leadership, and mentoring to area stores.
  • Undertake cost management to ensure stores are profitable and stay within budget.
  • Be accountable and hold stores accountable for overall performance, including customer service, people, and day-to-day operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational guidelines.
  • Carry out people processes, such as Disciplinaries and Investigations, under guidance from the HR Department.
  • Be responsible for the growth of the team, including recruitment, training, and succession planning.
  • Travel across the area, engaging with the team.
  • Manage personal time and productivity, according to company requirements.
  • Provide innovative and practical commercial solutions to improve merchandising and drive profit and customer experience.
  • Provide exemplary internal communication within the area and with the team of Regional Managers.

Requirements:

  • Have a creative and entrepreneurial attitude towards retailing.
  • 2-5 years of Regional Manager experience with a proven track record.
  • Be able to recognise and act on sales opportunities.
  • Be meticulous in detail, including product placement, standards, presentation, visual elevation, and overall look and feel.
  • Be an inspirational leader for centre staff, ensuring they receive clear direction and performance management within a culture of coaching and mentoring.
  • Be a positive and strong communicator and a skilled motivational people manager.
