About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Support Analyst to join our Global Commercial Banking team in London. As a Business Support Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales teams in delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Management: Own and manage routines to ensure data quality across our sales CRM and pipeline systems.
  • Insight Generation: Interrogate data to provide actionable insights to drive sales and business success.
  • Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor key performance indicator metrics.
  • Regional Updates: Prepare regional updates to senior management covering line of business/functional updates and material communications.
  • Project Coordination: Support, deliver, and coordinate ad-hoc projects to help improve regional operating performance.
  • International Collaboration: Work alongside peers in the Business Support function internationally on an array of business improvement projects and analysis initiatives.
Requirements
  • Education: An undergraduate degree in business, ideally with a focus in finance or economics (or equivalent work experience).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with a knack for building relationships with internal stakeholders and coworkers.
