About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Forensic Healthcare Professional to join our team at Mountain Healthcare. As a Forensic Custody Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient-centered care to individuals detained in police custody.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Collect and process forensic samples, including blood and other bodily fluids.
  • Conduct assessments and provide care to detainees, including those with acute medical needs.
  • Deliver substance misuse therapies and support patients to break patterns of re-offending.
  • Work closely with the police and other agencies to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
