Many of our junior staff have successfully transitioned into senior roles, including Head Chefs and Management positions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients organizing events, whether intimate or large-scale.
  • Collaborate with culinary and management teams to design customized menus for clients.
  • Oversee the execution of events on-site, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Generate innovative concepts for internal gatherings.
  • Market all internal events and promote the venue for external occasions.
  • Manage event budgets and ensure timely invoicing and payments from clients.

Reception Management Duties:
  • Supervise all reservations for accommodations and dining, ensuring all guest requests are fulfilled.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and upkeep for all guest rooms.
  • Oversee wage budgets for reception staff.
  • Develop creative ideas to enhance the guest room experience.
  • Collaborate with management to promote the venue effectively.
  • Encourage a professional yet enjoyable work atmosphere among the team.
  • Train team members on booking systems and check-in procedures.
  • Contribute to the development of promotions and products to boost visibility and sales.
  • Ensure all guests receive exemplary service.
  • Assist the marketing team in generating content for promotional platforms.

Working Hours:
Full-time position, including evenings and weekends.
