We are in search of a proactive and skilled Transformation Lead to join our Change & Communications Team. In this role, you will oversee and execute various transformation initiatives within our Operations division. Your primary objective will be to ensure that changes are implemented smoothly and that change agents are well-supported with effective delivery strategies.

You will work closely with diverse teams on projects that align with our strategic business objectives. We seek someone who can manage these initiatives hands-on and engage deeply when necessary.

You will be an exceptional Transformation Lead, capable of collaborating with various teams to outline project scope, goals, and deliverables, as well as develop and implement project plans, lead readiness assessments, and create mitigation strategies. Experience in the energy industry is essential. Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail; project planning and reporting should come naturally. Project management certification is a plus. Familiarity with resource and project management tools (knowledge of Asana and Miro is advantageous). Comfortable navigating uncertainty and thriving in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. Results-oriented, with the ability to manage complexity, demonstrating strong problem-solving and innovative thinking skills. A persuasive communicator, able to facilitate challenging discussions and remove obstacles by securing clear commitments.

Plan and spearhead the execution of transformation projects focused on our Energy division, ensuring that solutions deliver optimal outcomes for our business, customers, and team members. You will create and implement comprehensive change communication and engagement strategies aligned with key business goals, ensuring consistent messaging and developing training initiatives to support the rollout of transformation projects. Your role will involve delivering change to enhance adoption, reduce resistance, and maximize employee engagement throughout the transformation process. Ensure that risk and control stakeholders are involved in the changes being implemented and provide necessary approvals and endorsements. You will be responsible for planning and delivering all changes within established timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Foster a culture of resilience towards change within the Operations division. Support the coordination of ongoing initiatives to ensure a seamless experience for both customers and team members. You will have the opportunity to express your insights and contribute to discussions in appropriate forums. Promote consistency across projects by utilizing efficient tools and documentation, incorporating retrospectives and lessons learned. Develop and maintain comprehensive data collection, analysis, and reporting systems for insightful trend analysis and status updates. Provide regular updates on project status, proactively identifying, tracking, mitigating, and managing project risks while ensuring timely resolution through change governance. Build strong relationships and communicate effectively with a wide range of cross-functional, geographically dispersed stakeholders and vendors.

As part of the Change and Communications team, reporting to the Operational Change Manager, your role will be crucial in supporting our transformation initiatives across the organization.
