Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Paediatric Triage Nurse to work alongside our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in Paediatric Emergency Department settings and a proven track record of providing excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care to children and young people presenting to the Paediatric Emergency Department
- Conduct thorough triage assessments to identify patients requiring immediate attention
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective care plans
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve patient care and safety
- Participate in audits and quality improvement initiatives to ensure high standards of patient care
We are looking for a candidate with:
- RN Child Branch or RSCN diploma
- Substantial post-registration experience in Paediatric Emergency Department settings
- Experience of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
