About the Role

Mandeville is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team and contribute to the growth and success of our client's business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the hospitality sector.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the industry.

  • Present and promote our products and services to potential clients through effective sales presentations and negotiations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role in the hospitality sector.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Willingsness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
