Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team at Lyreco Group. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers, identifying business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a customer base to exceed set targets
  • Provide customers with bespoke solutions and support them in delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Accelerate account spend and identify opportunities to add products to customers' purchasing behavior
  • Apply knowledge of Lyreco's workplace solution propositions to add value to customers' experiences
  • Ensure all customers receive regular contact and continue to spend with us
  • Capture customers' complete spend of workplace solutions and products
  • Resolve customer queries within agreed timescales
  • Liaise with the Inside Sales Team Leader on pertinent account issues
  • Maintain accurate account records in CRM

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a telephone-based environment (preferable, not essential)
  • Enthusiasm for sales and ability to maintain high standards and a positive attitude
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and hungry to exceed KPIs and earn commission
  • Ability to work well with others as part of a team and independently
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build successful business relationships
  • Adaptable and empathetic communicator with strong active listening skills
  • Reliable and determined in attitude, with a strong ability to assess performance and strive to exceed
