Position Overview

Electromechanical Assembly Specialist

This role primarily involves mechanical assembly with a focus on precision and quality. The position is integral to the production of advanced laboratory equipment and scientific instruments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mechanical Assembly: Execute the complete assembly of instruments from individual components, ensuring adherence to high standards of quality.
  • Wiring Looms: Manufacture and install wiring looms, utilizing techniques such as soldering. Training will be provided for those who may need to develop these skills.
  • Testing and Fault Diagnosis: Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of instruments to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Maintain strict compliance with all health and safety policies, as well as ISO guidelines during the assembly and repair processes.
  • ISO Standards Participation: Engage in the development and maintenance of ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A solid foundation in both mechanical fitting and electrical assembly.
  • Experience with precision mechanical or electromechanical assemblies.
