About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator/Valuer to join our busy Ealing office. The successful candidate will be responsible for dealing with a client base of long-established homeowners and developers. Key responsibilities include:

  • Registering and Qualifying Potential Buyers: Identify and engage with potential buyers, qualifying their needs and preferences.
  • Generating and Conducting Viewings: Arrange and conduct viewings for properties, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Canvassing to Bring on New Properties: Proactively identify and secure new properties to list, expanding our portfolio.
  • Negotiating Sales: Effectively negotiate sales between vendors and buyers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Preparing Sales Brochures: Create engaging and informative sales brochures to showcase properties.
  • Developing Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and vendors, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: Proven track record as a Senior Sales Negotiator/Valuer, with a strong understanding of the real estate industry.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and provide expert advice.
  • Independence and Drive: Self-motivated and independently driven, with a strong work ethic.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively within a team, understanding team responsibilities and contributing to collective goals.
  • Telephone Manner: Excellent telephone manner, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Presentation and Motivation: Well-presented, ambitious, and self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Driving License: Must hold a full UK driving license and own a car, with a valid insurance policy.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: Basic salary range £18,025 - £20,125, with opportunities for OTE £60,000.
  • Car Allowance: £2,100 per annum.
  • Quarterly Bonus: £500 on reasonable performance expectation.
  • Mortgage Leads: £100 per applicable mortgage lead.
  • Welcoming Working Environment: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 3pm (5-day working week).
