Dove and Hawk is partnering with a reputable estate agency to find a skilled Senior Lettings Negotiator/Valuer to join their established team in St. John's Wood.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for a well-spoken and experienced lettings professional to take on a challenging and rewarding role. As a Senior Lettings Negotiator/Valuer, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting market appraisals and converting them into instructions
- Registering applicants and responding to online enquiries
- Arranging and attending viewings for prospective tenants
- Providing detailed viewing feedback to landlords to secure offers
- Qualifying offers to achieve the best deal for all parties
- Managing the lettings process from offer to move-in
- Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and colleagues
- Completing necessary paperwork for a smooth lettings process
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 3 years' experience working in central London lettings
- Valuation experience and a strong conversion rate
- A proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and IT skills
- ARLA qualification preferred but not essential
