Senior Lettings Negotiator/Valuer

Dove and Hawk is partnering with a reputable estate agency to find a senior lettings negotiator/valuer to join their established team in St. John's Wood. This role is ideal for a well-spoken central London lettings agent with 3+ years of experience in London lettings.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct market appraisals and convert them into instructions
- Register applicants and respond to online inquiries professionally
- Arrange and attend viewings for prospective tenants
- Provide detailed viewing feedback to landlords to secure offers
- Qualify offers to secure the best deal for all parties
- Manage the lettings process from offer to move-in
- Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and colleagues
- Complete necessary paperwork for a smooth lettings process
- 3+ years of experience working in central London
- Valuation experience and a good conversion rate
- A proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong IT skills
- ARLA qualification preferred but not essential
Salary and Benefits: £30,000 basic salary, £70,000 - £80,000 OTE
Working Hours: Flexible working hours to accommodate the needs of the role
