The Role:
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Providing comprehensive support to our CEO in relation to all IN4.0 Group activities.
• Assisting the CEO with extensive calendar management, correspondence, and client interactions.
• Overseeing corporate travel arrangements for the CEO, including accommodation, transportation, and related expenses.
• Aiding our HR Department with onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Managing payroll administration for new hires, transfers, and departures.
• Processing monthly staff expenses and overtime claims.
• Handling HR and confidential business administration tasks.
• Engaging in project management activities.
• Taking minutes during meetings and ensuring follow-up on action items.
• Supporting IN4.0 Group directors with confidential business administration tasks.
• Performing additional duties as assigned by the Directors.
Skills and Experience:
Essential:
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar capacity or environment.
• Background in Business Administration.
• Experience in Payroll/Finance. Proficient in IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office applications.
• Dependable and trustworthy.
• Strong communication skills across all formats, including written, verbal, and presentation.
• Familiarity with the digital technology sector and its ecosystem, particularly regarding start-ups and growth companies.
• A self-starter with creative problem-solving abilities, focused on results.
• Capable of effective planning and organization.
• Demonstrates flexibility, adaptability to change, and the ability to work effectively under pressure while managing conflicting priorities in a dynamic environment.
• A strong team player.
