In this crucial role, you will be instrumental in translating vendor and technology growth strategies into actionable plans, spearheading strategic projects and collaborating closely with marketing to leverage Market Development Funds (MDF). You will also work hand-in-hand with the sales team to identify and capitalize on specialized opportunities.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Expand profitable market share by effectively executing the Business Unit's strategic plan.
  • Lead negotiations for key tenders and large-scale deals, ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Optimize sales from the agreed vendor portfolio, including identifying new vendors and implementing innovative business growth strategies.
  • Craft compelling proposals that address customer needs and outline effective solutions.
  • Introduce and promote solution and service offerings, such as TaaS, to the market.
  • Manage quarterly vendor business plans and ensure their successful execution.
  • Oversee vendor relationships and management, fostering strong partnerships.
  • Deliver value to customers while maintaining expected profit margins with a balanced product mix.
  • Support sales teams in winning and increasing market share and wallet share.
  • Engage with vendors and stakeholders to establish TD SYNNEX as a trusted advisor within the industry.
  • Utilize CRM tools effectively for seamless business operations.
  • Articulate TD SYNNEX's core value proposition in alignment with customer needs and expectations.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Demonstrated ability to grasp strategic direction and challenges effectively, translating them into actionable plans.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling you to identify opportunities and develop innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with vendors, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Proven track record of success in a business development role within the technology industry.
