Wholesale Sales Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Wholesale Sales Coordinator to join our Sales team at I Love My Job Ltd. As a Wholesale Sales Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our international Key Account customers and ensuring the smooth running of our B2B sales function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the wholesale account management team to provide exceptional customer service and support to our international Key Account customers.
  • Process and manage orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to our customers.
  • Liaise with internal teams and the warehouse to ensure seamless order fulfillment and communication of any delays.
  • Manage stock levels effectively, understanding customer needs and maximizing opportunities to increase sales.
  • Handle customer enquiries across multiple platforms, including phone, email, webchat, and in-person.
  • Ensure customer requirements for labelling are communicated and actioned as required.
  • Resolve customer queries and problems promptly and positively.
  • Support the wider sales team with processing wholesale orders as needed.
  • Manage chargebacks, debit/credit notes, returns, refunds, and replacement orders efficiently.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years' experience in a similar position, ideally in sales coordination, customer service, or a wholesale/B2B business.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong Excel skills, with experience in ERP systems or Sage a plus.
  • A proactive and flexible approach, with a friendly demeanor and a team player attitude.
  • Numerate and accurate, with a good attention to detail.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask.
