Job Title: Wholesale Coordinator

At H&M Group, we're looking for a skilled Wholesale Coordinator to join our team. As a Wholesale Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Wholesale department's sales and profitability. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the wholesale order process is executed efficiently, meeting the expectations of our wholesale partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the logistics flow of COS products to our Wholesale partners, guaranteeing timely delivery in line with partner expectations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and foster an efficient collaboration with the wholesale partner to drive selling.
  • Supply accounting with necessary information for invoicing Wholesale partners.
  • Collaborate closely with Buying to ensure wholesale partners are informed about product developments.
  • Prepare accurate Excel reports and analysis, data entry, and administrative duties.
  • Act as the primary contact for wholesale partners, addressing delivery and order queries, and liaising with the warehouses and Buying office for timely stock delivery.
  • Collect order quantities from partners following selection meetings, and communicate with Buying before order placements.
  • Attend regular trade calls with wholesale partners to support Account Manager.
  • Ensure developed products are presented to wholesale partners through weekly updates and at selection meetings.
  • Supply partners with timely communication of relevant documents on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Wholesale Assistant, Assistant Buyer/Merchandiser, or a similar role is preferable.
  • Experience working with wholesale or franchise partners is highly advantageous.
  • Understanding of product development and logistics processes.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and a high level of customer service in interactions with partners.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to use Pivot tables and Vlookups.
