About the Role

Harris Hill Charity Recruitment Specialists is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Individual Giving Officer to join our team. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for delivering and supporting the Individual Giving programme, which includes direct marketing fundraising campaigns and communications through multiple channels.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in a charity environment, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously. You will be responsible for creating compelling and professional communications for a variety of audiences and channels, as well as analysing campaign results and using insight to optimise future campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement direct marketing campaigns to drive income and growth.
  • Lead projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver campaigns and achieve fundraising goals.
  • Analyse campaign results and use data-driven insights to inform future campaign strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, volunteers, and colleagues.
