As a Supervisor, you'll be responsible for supporting the management team in maintaining the high standards that make our lounges so special. You'll work closely with the team to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest leaves happy and wanting to come back.

The Role
  • Support the management team in maintaining high standards of customer service and quality
  • Lead by example, setting the pace high for the team to follow
  • Monitor and control the flow of customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient service
  • Manage the team's workload, prioritizing tasks and delegating responsibilities as needed
  • Conduct regular checks to ensure the team is meeting the required standards

What We're Looking For
  • You're probably an existing Supervisor, Team Leader, or an epic front of house team member ready to take their first step into management with a background in restaurants, bars, cafùs, or coffee shops.
  • You'll have experience of working in a bar environment with serving freshly made food and drinks preparation.
  • A natural talent and passion for hospitality.
  • Extremely driven and relentless at overcoming challenges or obstacles.
  • Good literacy skills alongside excellent attention to detail to support reporting on KPIs.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Self-motivator working at pace with limited supervision whilst adhering to pressure and timescales.
  • Strong knowledge of best practice in the following areas: sales building, sales and labour forecasts, paperwork and reporting, recruitment and HR, and NPS.
