Your Key Responsibilities
  • Support the management team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Lead from the front, setting the pace high for the team to ensure seamless service
  • Focus on the detail, ensuring every customer leaves happy and satisfied
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve targets and exceed expectations

What We're Looking For
  • Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or front of house team member
  • Background in restaurants, bars, cafes, or coffee shops
  • Natural talent and passion for hospitality
  • Driven and relentless in overcoming challenges
  • Good literacy skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport
  • Self-motivated and able to work at pace with limited supervision
  • Strong knowledge of best practice in sales building, sales and labour forecasts, paperwork and reporting, recruitment and HR, and NPS
