The Role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our Finance and Credit Control team on a full-time, permanent basis. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, credit control, and financial data analysis to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including invoicing, statements, and credit control reports.
  • Assist with monthly accounts preparation, including reconciliations and financial data analysis.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving billing errors in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the Finance team to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including colleagues and management, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of credit control and accounting principles.
  • Excellent administration and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Excel spreadsheets and Microsoft packages.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
