About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Chef to join our team at Lounge. As a key member of our kitchen team, you'll be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to our exacting standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to order, using fresh and high-quality ingredients.
  • Work closely with our Head Chef to ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standard.
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves happy and satisfied.

What We're Looking For
  • You may already have some kitchen experience as either a Kitchen Porter/Kitchen Assistant/Commis Chef, or this might be something brand new to you.
  • Driven and relentless, with a positive can-do attitude.
  • Good communication skills and a team player.
  • Self-motivated to work at pace, with limited supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of best practice when it comes to all things Allergens, kitchen essentials and Food Safety.
