About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Band 6 Recovery Nurse to join our Interventional Radiology team at United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the team to ensure optimal care for patients undergoing interventional radiology procedures.
  • Supervise, lead, and develop colleagues and nursing practice within the IR department.
  • Support the Radiology Nursing Manager in promoting a daily structured rotation of staff to build knowledge and strengthen collaborative working.

Person Specification
  • Registered Adult Nurse
  • Mentorship Training
  • Teaching and assessing qualification

We are looking for someone with recent or previous experience working within acute care nursing, preferably in Theatre or Interventional Radiology. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, IT skills, and the ability to demonstrate good leadership skills.
