Main Duties of the JobThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring the focus is on delivering high-quality evidence-based care to the child and family. They will need to actively participate in ensuring the governance agenda is met and that the trust objectives are at the centre of everything they do. The role will also involve working across the Paediatric services within the trust.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience at Band 5 within an Acute Paediatric setting, involvement in safeguarding of children, experience of high dependency care, clinical leadership and interpersonal and advocacy skills, and the ability to introduce and implement change. They will also need to demonstrate their commitment to child and family centred care and their own professional development.
