About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Finance Manager to join our team at Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of our financial objectives and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with our income and costing teams to identify cost improvement opportunities and implement mechanisms to report activity information as part of the Elective Recovery Fund. You will also contribute to identifying waste reduction opportunities to support the Trust in closing its financial gap.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in financial management, with experience of working in a healthcare environment. You will also need to have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex financial information to a range of audiences.
