Strategic Attendance Lead

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team at The Romero Catholic Academy as a Strategic Attendance Lead. This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our students and their families.

About the Role

The successful candidate will lead our attendance strategy, working closely with students, families, staff, and other agencies to identify and address attendance issues. This will involve home visits, case management, and developing partnerships to support our students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement attendance strategies to improve student engagement and attendance
  • Work with students, families, and staff to identify and address attendance barriers
  • Manage a caseload of students with additional needs and their families
  • Collaborate with other agencies to provide support and resources
  • Monitor and evaluate attendance data to inform strategy
