Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Sales team at JJ Food Service. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process sales and input orders into our system for collection and delivery
  • Identify sales opportunities to grow existing customer accounts and increase annual turnover
  • Generate sales through contact with prospective customers and act as a sales representative when required
  • Respond efficiently to customer queries with accurate information on products and services
  • Manage designated accounts and interact with customers to process sales quickly and efficiently
  • Initiate sales leads to promote product sales and increase annual turnover in line with sales targets

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service experience, ideally within a sales environment
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Strong computer skills and experience working with Dynamics AX
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • Good standard of spoken English
