Gap Healthcare is currently recruiting for a new and exciting opportunity on behalf of our client based in Croydon for an experienced Registered Manager for a small children's home. This role is permanent and full-time, with a salary of up to GBP55,000 per annum (based on experience).

Purpose of the Role:

To be responsible for shaping and delivering the children's residential home's Statement of Purpose and managing the team to achieve the same. To provide high-quality care services that support the needs of the residents, advocate for their well-being, and provide strong, motivational leadership to staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a Children's Residential Home and ensure the efficient operation of the service in accordance with the relevant legislation, procedures, policies, and the Statement of Purpose for the home.
  • Act as the Registered Manager for Ofsted.
  • Ensure adherence to the Company's financial and administrative procedures and work within a set budget.
  • Be accountable for liaising with regulatory organizations regarding the management of the home.
  • Thorough understanding of OFSTED compliance.
  • Level 5 in Health and Social Care - Children Services.
  • Driver with access to a car.
