We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at Domus Recruitment. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing the clinical staff, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and management of the clinical team
- Regularly assess residents' needs and develop services to reflect this
- Create and develop care plans for residents
- Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, relatives, and staff

Requirements:
- Hold a current valid NMC pin
- Have previous experience in a nursing home or hospital setting
- Have strong clinical experience and medication knowledge
